Travis Vader, the man accused of first-degree murder in the deaths of two Alberta seniors, is in custody after being arrested, CTV News has learned.
Vader, who was out on bail, was arrested Tuesday night. A source has told CTV News that Vader was arrested last night and is being linked to an alleged break and enter and a stolen vehicle, all this after failing a drug test.
A judge reviewed Vader's bail conditions last month after he was late to court for a fourth time in his criminal trial. He told the court on three occasions that his tardiness was vehicle-related. On another occasion, he said he was late because he slept in.
